Jimmy started his journey with Dale & Dale, Inc. in 1980, working in the shop before climbing the ranks to become President. With decades of experience, he also serves as the company’s Lead Estimator, ensuring precision and excellence in every project. When he’s not leading the team, you can find him on the golf course, enjoying time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, or setting sail on a cruise. Known for blasting loud music on Fridays, Jimmy is the driving force behind keeping office morale high.
